I was born in Ankara on June 27, 1977. After attending Abidinpaşa Primary School and 29 Ekim Middle School, I completed my high school education at Başkent High School. Later, I studied at the Music Education Department of Konya Selçuk University.

After finishing my 3rd year, I wanted to continue my studies abroad, so I passed my entrance exams and the DSH German language exam to continue my education at Leibniz University Hannover in Germany. At this university, I studied in the departments of Music, English Studies (Anglistics), and International Relations.

Six years later, I transferred to the Department of International Relations at Ankara University’s Faculty of Political Science (Mülkiye). I later graduated from this university with a grade average of 85. That same year, I started working as a Cello Artist in the Ministry of Culture and Tourism’s Ankara Turkic World Music and Dance Ensemble. In order to teach the “Speaking with Music” therapy I developed for children with cochlear implants, autism and Down syndrome, I gave lectures as a guest instructor at Hacettepe University’s Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Audiology, for 10 years. I am fluent in German and English, and have beginner-level knowledge of Russian and Arabic.
